Wine from France

France perhaps more than any other country has clearly defined wine regions. Loire, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone, Alsace & Vins de Pays D'Oc offer distinctly different wine styles & perhaps for this reason their wines are considered amongst the best in the world. Their love of terroir, region & style is acknowledged as a yardstick for the rest of the world to aspire to.
