Buttery and exotic nose. It is without a doubt the result of the gravelly soil. It is a very full wine in mouth and of a creamy consistency. Its acidity is discrete but enough presence to support its roundness. Harmonious, balanced, it is the ideal companion of sauces or creamy dishes.
Although not acredited organic, the vineyard nonetheless avoids pesticides & insecticides.
