Their Chardonnay grapes come from our vineyards of El Trapiche, in the Maule Valley. An accurate harvest - late March - allows the grapes to reach it maximum varietal expression, plain of fruit. The handpicked harvest is done very early in the morning, to avoid warming up the temperature of the grapes and thus maintaining all the aromas and flavours.
Young and varietal medium body wine, obtained through a fermentation at low and controlled temperature and early bottling.
El Aromo Chardonnay tasting notes
Colour: Attractive, bright golden yellow tones with green tints.
Nose: Complex aroma and good character. Clear hints of ripe bananas and tropical fruits.
Palate: Good fresh varietal flavour on the palate, with soft tones and medium persistence and lovely finish.
