Grove Mill are distinctive wines - rich, dry, full flavoured, complex, elegant and well balanced.
Their grapes are harvested from carefully selected Marlborough vineyards. The different soil and micro climatic conditions of each of these vineyards provides a range of unique characteristics. Individually and collectively these capture the delicious fruit intensity for which Marlborough is renowned. Grove Mill wines are excellent partners for fine cuisine.
Grove Mill's Chardonnays are made to showcase their Marlborough origins. Their aim is to focus on our naturally exuberant fruit flavours, allowing these to shine through the finished wine. They endeavour to support and build on this fruit with a finely balanced structure and additional complexity from winemaking.
Bouquet: Sweet fruit, oranges, hot buttered fruit bread toast, very nice oak influence.

risotto, pasta, paella, chicken and scallops.
