The bouquet is fruit filled - a little pepper, a little earthy and displaying a little hint of mushrooms. The palate is filled with full fruit flavours - satsuma plums and mullberries - underpinned by spice and white pepper nuances. The palate length is excellent before soft tannins underpin a slightly dry finish.
