Waipara Springs is a boutique vineyard and winery located in the warm dry Waipara Valley north of Christchurch. The wines have all been produced on the property from our own vineyards and have been enjoyed both in New Zealand and internationally since the winery opened in 1990.
The vineyards are managed by Bruce Moore, who is a pioneer of viticulture in the Waipara region.
